We needed a repair on a projector, found Dave online and contacted him. Let me just say that all things the other reviews have said is true: Dave is a walking audio visual encyclopedia and is happy to share his knowledge freely. Personable, competent and fair. We ended up having to replace the equipment. Dave provided 3 options and handled the purchase and installed completely, after service was even better.
